Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unopened, and in their original packaging. Perishable items cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original method of payment.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or flavor, subject to availability. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
